Please note the DavisStirling rules that govern board meetings:

Attendance of members at monthly board meetings:

Attendance and conduct at meetings is set forth under California Civil Code sections 4925-5000. Members are welcomed to attend scheduled board meetings however these meetings are for the purpose of conducting business and are not a meeting of association members, Members may attend and observe the board conduct business, but cannot participate in the boards discussions or votes. No audio or visual recording is allowed. The board will afford an open forum during the meeting for members to speak and ask questions. Members may address the board for up to five minutes and the board is allowed to briefly respond or ask questions for clarification. If the board has a very full agenda, time allowed for member comment may be limited to 2 minutes.  Topics raised by members should not involve matters outside the boards authority, be of a private matter or involve the disclosure of confidential information. If the matter raised is outside of the distributed agenda for the meeting, the board at its discretion may take the matter to a discussion and vote only if it appears to be an emergency situation. No profanity or disruptive behavior such as shouting or threatening remarks will be allowed. Any member who engages in such behavior will be asked to leave the meeting.

Members who plan on attending any scheduled board meeting should RSVP at least 48 hours prior to the meeting. A video conference link will be provided.
